Pricing

Our customer relationships are built on trust and we aim for the utmost transparency throughout our work, including our exceptionally competitive pricing. All work will be carried out by a fully qualified engineer, complete with our 12 month guarantee.

Testing a BoilerRepairs

Charges for our services begin once the engineer arrives at the property and concludes once the job is completed. There is a minimum one hour call out charge, although beyond that all work is charged at half an hour intervals. Your dedicated engineer will discuss all of the assumed costs with you prior to visiting.

Servicing Charges

  • Gas Boiler Service - £70.00
  • Gas Fire Service - £70.00
  • Gas Water Heater - £70.00
  • Gas Fire Back Boiler Unit - £80.00
  • Oil Boiler Service - £95.00
  • Solid Fuel Service - £75.00
  • Landlord Certificate - £70.00 1st appliance. Additional appliances £45.00 each on the same visit. Gas cooker £15.00 in the same visit.

All prices are plus 20% VAT.

The above rates are charged within a 20 mile radius of Brigg. Distances beyond this will incur an additional fee. Any additional costs, depending on the type of job, will be fully explained from the outset.

We accept debit/credit card, cheque or cash, and payment should be made to the engineer on the day the work is carried out (unless prior arrangement have been made).

Installations

Since installations vary considerably in workload, you will receive a full breakdown of the project cost prior to work beginning.
